Barber Munson

is a civil litigation‐focused and defense‐oriented law firm with a particular emphasis on litigation for the risk industry. The firm has represented the interests of insurance carriers and businesses of all types since 1910. For well over a century, we have been privileged to serve as counsel and litigators to individuals and many of the largest and most successful companies in Arkansas and around the world. Our insight gained through decades of trial experience has enabled us to grow our practice, deepen our knowledge base and solidify our capacity to provide high‐quality and personalized client representation. Our attorneys have litigated numerous cases in each of the 75 counties in Arkansas, in each of the federal district courts in Arkansas, and in the Arkansas and 8th Circuit appellate courts. This breadth of experience gives the firm a unique understanding of the characteristics of the venues across the State.
