Professional Experience
Mark Breeding has over 30 years’ experience representing insurance companies and their insureds, both businesses and individuals. Before joining the firm, Mark worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney. Throughout his career, he has tried over 100 jury trials. His current practice focuses on areas of insurance litigation such as arson, insurance fraud, bad faith, products liability, premises liability and personal injury.
Mark graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a B.A. in 1986 and then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law obtaining his J.D., with honors in 1989. He served as Associate Research Editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review
