Professional Experience
Karen McKinney limits her practice to workers’ compensation litigation, representing insurance carriers and their insureds as well as self-insured employers and third-party administrators before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission and in the Arkansas Court of Appeals and Arkansas Supreme Court. Karen is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and Appellate Advocacy Practice Group.
