Professional Experience
Daniel A. Curtis joined Barber Munson in 2025, bringing valuable experience from both government service and legislative analysis. Before entering private practice, Daniel served as a Trial Attorney for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas, where he gained extensive courtroom experience handling a wide range of criminal cases and developing strong litigation skills.
Prior to his time as a prosecutor, Daniel served as a Law Clerk for U.S. Senator John Cornyn on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. In that role, he assisted in evaluating federal judicial nominations, analyzing proposed legislation, and addressing complex constitutional issues. His work at the intersection of law and public policy provided him with a deep understanding of the legislative process and its implications for legal practice.
At Barber Munson, Daniel represents clients in a broad spectrum of civil and commercial matters, including civil litigation, commercial transactions, and commercial litigation. His diverse background in both the public and private sectors allows him to approach each case with strategic insight and a results-driven focus, combining analytical precision with practical experience to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
