Andy Weir

Andy was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado. After graduating from Smoky Hill High School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University. He later moved to Arkansas to attend the William H. Bowen School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2022. That same year, he was admitted to practice in Arkansas.

During law school, Andy gained valuable experience working as a law clerk for several firms across Little Rock. He also served as a student-attorney in the UALR Bowen Tax Clinic, helping low-income Arkansans navigate and resolve complex federal and state tax matters—an opportunity that strengthened his advocacy skills and appreciation for client-centered representation.

Andy began his legal career at a respected litigation firm in Little Rock before joining Barber Munson as an Associate Attorney in 2024. His practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury matters, and products liability, where he represents individuals, insurers, and businesses in state and federal courts.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his family in Colorado. He also loves being with his two dogs, Cherry and Cola.
