Professional Experience
Ben Hall focuses his practice on personal injury defense litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, and appellate advocacy, representing individuals, insurers, and businesses in complex litigation across state and federal courts. Ben is a valued member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Insurance Practice Group, Products Liability Practice Group, and Appellate Advocacy Practice Group. He joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2017.
Ben handles a wide range of civil matters, including catastrophic injury cases, coverage disputes, and high-risk liability claims. His appellate work includes briefing and arguing cases involving significant legal issues, and he is increasingly called upon for his ability to analyze complex records, craft persuasive arguments, and navigate appeals in multiple jurisdictions.
Ben’s federal practice continues to expand—he is licensed to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. His multijurisdictional experience allows him to handle matters involving overlapping federal and state law issues, interstate coverage disputes, and cross-border litigation strategy.
Prior to his legal career, Ben served in the United States Navy from 1999–2004, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military background—including his designation as an Aviation Warfare Specialist and recipient of two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals—shaped his disciplined, mission-focused approach to the practice of law.
