Professional Experience
Lauren A. Spencer practices in the areas of collections and creditors’ rights, construction law, and civil and commercial litigation, representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes. She joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2018.
Before entering private practice, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Davis Fox of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Arkansas, which gave her extensive experience in trial preparation, motion practice, and complex legal analysis.
Lauren handles matters in both state and federal courts and is known for her thorough case preparation, strategic insight, and commitment to achieving the best results for her clients. Her background in psychology and conflict mediation provides her with the unique ability to navigate challenging situations, communicate effectively, and advocate for clients with clarity and empathy.
